Job Summary: We are seeking a structural welder with experience in MIG/MAG and MMA welding, blueprint interpretation, and assembly of metal structures, with a strong focus on quality and safety. Market-aligned remuneration **We are looking for:** * Minimum **2 years of experience as a structural welder**. * Technical degree in Welding, Metal Structures, or related field. * Proficiency in **MIG/MAG (GMAW)** and **MMA (shielded metal arc welding)**. * Experience in **assembly of metal structures** (mandatory). * Knowledge of blueprint reading and use of measuring instruments. Experience in: * Assembly of metal structures (mandatory). * Welding of flanges and metal components. * Use of stud welding machines. * Use of spot welding machines. * Grinding. * Preferably residing in areas near **Puente Piedra**. **Responsibilities:** * Assemble metal structures according to blueprints and technical specifications. * Perform MIG/MAG, MMA (shielded metal arc welding), and stud welding as required. * Interpret blueprints to ensure correct assembly. * Verify dimensions, alignment, and finish of fabricated structures. * Properly operate welding machines, tools, and equipment. * Ensure final product quality before delivery to the next stage. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and PPE usage at all times. **We offer:** * Market-aligned remuneration (based on experience). * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Work Location: On-site employment
