We require hiring a person with experience in **turning, manufacturing, repair, and welding of metal parts** for a mechanical workshop in Huachipa. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technician in Production Mechanics, Welding, or related fields. * Minimum **2 to 3 years** of experience in turning and welding tasks in mechanical or industrial workshops. * Proficiency in operating engine lathes. * Welding techniques (electric arc, MIG, TIG). * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings. * Basic metrology. * Maintenance of mechanical parts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate **mechanical lathes** for manufacturing and finishing of metal parts. * Perform **electric arc, MIG, and/or TIG welding** as required by job specifications. * Interpret **mechanical drawings and technical dimensions** for part fabrication. * Repair machinery components, shafts, bushings, bolts, and other metal parts. * Cut, grind, and adjust metal parts according to technical specifications. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Maintain tools, welding equipment, and workshop machinery in good working condition. * Comply with **industrial safety standards and use of PPE**. * Report malfunctions, repairs performed, and materials used to the immediate supervisor. **WORK CONDITIONS** * Work takes place in a **mechanical workshop or industrial area**. * Exposure to noise, heat, and metal particles. * Mandatory use of **personal protective equipment (PPE)**.
