Job Summary: We are seeking a 3G Welder with strong technical expertise and experience in the metal-mechanical industry, skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and assembling large-scale structures. Key Highlights: 1. Perform welding processes (especially 3G) and component joining 2. Reading and understanding technical drawings and diagrams 3. Participate in technical meetings to propose design solutions We are looking for a 3G Welder with strong technical expertise and experience in the metal-mechanical industry. The ideal candidate must be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and possess solid experience assembling large-scale structures. Main Responsibilities Machining and Joining: Perform welding processes (especially 3G) to assemble components according to safety and quality standards. Technical Interpretation: Read and understand drawings and diagrams to determine dimensions and materials. Material Management: Select, cut, roughen, and clean steel, aluminum, and other metals. Project Collaboration: Participate in technical meetings to propose design, structural strength, and feasibility solutions for metal structures. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure stability and detect potential defects. Profile Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable industrial welding experience and work at height. Industry: Prior experience in metal-mechanical companies (mandatory). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in 3G welding processes. Skills: Ability to read and interpret structural drawings. Safety: Knowledge of and strict adherence to industrial safety regulations.
