We are currently seeking a **WELDER** to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of working at heights. * Knowledge of light metal structures (roofs, railings) * Knowledge of FCAW, GMAW, and SMAW processes * Basic knowledge of boiler-making (straightening of parts) * Ability to read blueprints * Material preparation, oxy-cutting, and plasma cutting. **Candidate Profile:** * Graduate of Welding or related program. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder. * Experience in maintenance welding * Experience in stainless steel welding * Certification 3G preferred * Availability for on-site work. * Availability to work overtime. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Results orientation * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **What We Offer:** * Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200, based on evaluation * Overtime, holiday, and Sunday pay according to current regulations. * Formal payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits * ESSALUD health insurance, Life Insurance Law, SCTR * 30 days of vacation, profit-sharing, CTS, etc. * Positive work environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
