Operate and maintain welding equipment in compliance with safety standards A major industrial sector company is currently seeking **GMAW, GTAW, and Hybrid Welders** with experience in industrial manufacturing and assembly processes. **Responsibilities** * Perform welding using GMAW (MIG/MAG), GTAW (TIG), and hybrid processes, in accordance with established procedures. * Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and welding symbols. * Perform welding on carbon steel and stainless steel, ensuring joint quality. * Prepare, clean, and condition surfaces before and after the welding process. * Verify weld quality through visual inspection and correct potential defects when necessary. * Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition. * Comply with safety, quality, and risk prevention procedures during task execution. * Coordinate with the production team to meet scheduled timelines and established standards. **Requirements** * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an industrial welder. * Valid certification or verifiable experience in positions 4G, 5G, or 6G. * Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel. * Experience with GMAW (MIG/MAG), GTAW (TIG), or hybrid welding processes. * Experience with submerged arc welding (desirable but not mandatory). * Experience in mining, refinery, industrial plant, or metal-mechanical projects. * Ability to interpret welding drawings and procedures. * Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. **Benefits:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Overtime pay. * Professional development opportunities within a leading industrial sector company.
