REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical training in welding, production mechanics or related fields \- Knowledge of various welding processes (electric, MIG/MAG, TIG, oxy-fuel). \- Ability to work with power tools and cutting equipment. \- Skill and precision in performing welding tasks. \- Knowledge of maintenance for metal-mechanical structures. \- Ability to diagnose and assess defects in structures. \- Experience operating electrical machines, equipment, and tools. \- Minimum of 1 year of experience in different types of welding and improvement projects involving metal structures or related areas. \- Must have 3G welding certification. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Apply quality controls in welding processes to ensure the strength and durability of completed work. \- Comply with occupational safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). \- Determine necessary tools according to project requirements, used for cutting, bending, holding, modifying, etc. \- Perform structural repairs on frames, arms, buckets, and other components. \- Inspect the quality of materials to be welded. \- Maintain records of activities, materials used, and report progress to immediate supervisor. \- Fabricate steel structures and accessories for machinery and plant equipment. \- Perform metal cutting, fitting, and assembly according to technical specifications. \- Support and carry out various production fabrication tasks, including welding anchors, splice plates, and sheet metal cutting. \- Verify the safety of structures upon completion of work.
