We are currently looking for a **WELDER** to join our team. **Job Knowledge Requirements** * Knowledge of working at heights. * Knowledge of light metal structures (roofs, railings) * Knowledge of blueprint reading * Material qualification, oxy-fuel cutting, and plasma cutting **Candidate Profile:** * Graduate of Welding or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Welder. * Availability to work on-site. * Availability to work overtime. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Punctuality * Results orientation * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **What do we offer?** * Salary: S/ 1,800 – S/ 2,200, depending on evaluation * Overtime, holiday, and Sunday pay according to current regulations. * Payroll from the first day of employment, including all statutory benefits. * ESSALUD health insurance, LIFE INSURANCE LAW, SCTR * 30 days of vacation, bonuses, CTS, etc. * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
