Opportunities for career growth POP UP E.I.R.L., an advertising industry company dedicated to the production and installation of advertising materials, is seeking new talent for the position of **Welder**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Incomplete technical studies or graduate in Welding * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions * Knowledge of MIG and TIG welding * Availability to work overtime * Availability to work rotating shifts (according to workload). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform MIG, TIG, and oxy-cutting operations according to drawings and specifications. * Assemble, join, repair, and finish metal parts and structures. * Operate workshop machinery and tools. * Verify measurements, materials, and working conditions before each task. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned area. * Report malfunctions and comply with supervisor guidelines and SST standards. **CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Location: Cercado de Lima * Formal employment under MYPE regime from day one (CTS, mid-year and year-end bonuses at 50%, and vacation benefits at 50%) * Payment: Bi-weekly * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law **BENEFITS** * Formal employment from day one * Career growth opportunities * Health insurance for you and your family * Life Insurance (as mandated by law) * EPS (Private Health Insurance) * Dynamic work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Which district do you live in? * Are you available to work in Cercado de Lima? * Do you agree with the MYPE regime?
