Focus on traceability and information reconciliation **COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER – MINING SECTOR** A company operating in the mining sector is seeking a **Commercial Management Controller**, possessing analytical capability, organizational skills, and a results-oriented approach, to provide direct support to Commercial Management in monitoring operations, customers, KPIs, and administrative activities within the department. **POSITION MISSION** To comprehensively control the commercial operations cycle for mineral purchase and sale—from capital disbursement for each batch acquisition through to fund recovery and return—ensuring traceability, information reconciliation, and timely follow-up on pending items. **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in management control, operational finance, commercial control, internal audit, treasury, financial planning, or similar roles. * Experience in **working capital control, collections cycles, and fund recovery**. * Experience in reconciling and validating information across different departments. * Proficiency in **Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Query**. * Knowledge of KPIs, operational cash flow, internal control, and documentary traceability. * ERP system proficiency, database handling, and executive report generation. * Experience in developing and monitoring dashboards and management indicators. * Preferred experience in **mining, mineral marketing, trading, or high-capital-turnover businesses**. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, sense of urgency, confidentiality, and results orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control the full cycle of mineral purchase and sale operations—from disbursement to fund recovery and return. * Monitor daily disbursed, recovered, available, pending, and immobilized capital. * Administer and maintain the updated **Master Register of Mineral Purchase and Sale Operations**. * Update and analyze the **Master Commercial Dashboard**. * Reconcile information among Commercial, Accounting, Documentation, Treasury, and other involved departments. * Validate amounts, dates, settlements, invoicing, collections, and operational status. * Identify delays, inconsistencies, immobilized capital, and bottlenecks. * Issue preventive alerts and track incidents to resolution. * Measure fund recovery and capital turnover times per batch and stage. * Monitor purchase opportunities with known closing prices and track corresponding management actions. * Prepare executive reports and indicators for Management. * Propose improvements, preventive controls, and automations to reduce time, errors, and rework. **WORKING CONDITIONS** As specified per the candidate profile provided: * **Work location:** Trujillo. * **Employment type:** Full-time. * Payroll \+ Statutory benefits Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
