Job Summary: Coordinates all phases of construction projects, managing personnel and supervising work to ensure compliance with quality standards and budget. Key Highlights: 1. Professional experienced in construction project supervision and management. Coordinates all phases of construction projects to ensure contractors fully comply with drawings and specifications. * Provide effective on-site personnel management to execute assigned tasks according to quality, cost, and timeliness standards. * Supervise construction activities including civil works, electrical installations, sanitary installations, painting finishes, lacquering, ceramics, maintenance, etc., in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Ensure all financial processes adhere to the established budget and that work and services performed by contractors and suppliers comply with specified requirements. * Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients by addressing their needs within agreed timelines and quality standards. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, with professional registration. * Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision of civil construction, renovation, or infrastructure maintenance projects and/or construction project management. * Excellent communication skills at all levels, planning and organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, negotiation capability, results orientation, and teamwork. * Experience with air conditioning systems. * Computer skills and experience including Microsoft applications (Project). * Basic-level CAD knowledge. * Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable.
