Job Summary: Assists machine operators, supplies inputs, and participates in continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and compliance with quality and safety standards. P **PRODUCTION OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education * 3 months of experience in warehouse, production, and operations * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: morning, afternoon, and early-morning. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Facilitate and/or provide the Production Machine Operator with the necessary inputs to efficiently meet the work schedule. * Assist and/or support Production Machine Operators during the production process to meet established operational timelines. * Attend scheduled company meetings to participate in programs and advance company objectives. * Ensure and/or implement compliance with SIG standards in daily activities to minimize applicable risks related to quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety. * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs and similar initiatives to foster a culture of excellence in our processes, aligned with company needs, procedures, and policies. * Provide support in additional duties delegated by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * Offer includes: Formal payroll registration + base salary (General Regime) + statutory benefits + company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, team-based work environment.
