Description
Position Summary:
Inventory analyst responsible for inventory counting, verification, analysis, and adjustment, as well as report generation and results communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive inventory management: counting, verification, and adjustment
2. Analysis of discrepancies and product transactions
3. Generation of key reports and communication of results
**Requirements:**
* Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Knowledge of inventory management.
* Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conducting inventory counts in warehouses and stores.
* Reviewing discrepancies identified during cycle or full counts.
* Reviewing incidents reported by warehouse or store staff.
* Analyzing discrepancies and managing inventory adjustments (shortages / overages).
* Analyzing product receipt transactions (purchases and returns) and product dispatch transactions (sales and inter-store transfers).
* Generating reports on receipt, picking, and dispatch tracking.
* Communicating inventory results, discrepancies, adjustments, and related decisions to branches, departments, and responsible personnel.
* Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
