Job Summary: We are seeking a mechanical technician to operate conventional lathes, perform precision machining, and maintain order in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills in reading engineering drawings and using measuring instruments. **\- Main Responsibilities** * Interpret mechanical drawings and work orders. * Prepare the machine, tools, and materials. * Perform machining operations: turning, facing, threading, grooving, etc. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments. * Perform adjustments and finishing of parts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE. * Assist in basic lathe maintenance. **\- Job Requirements** **\* Education:** * Mechanical production technician, metallurgical-mechanical technician, or related field (SENATI or equivalent). **\* Experience:** * 1 to 3 years operating conventional lathes (CNC experience preferred). **\* Knowledge:** * Reading mechanical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers). * Cutting parameters and material types. * Industrial safety. **\* Competencies** * Precision and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Results orientation. * Orderliness and discipline.
