Experience in community relations within construction, mining, or oil & gas industries. **Community Relations Specialist** -------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Description:** We are seeking a specialist with a strong social vocation to manage community relations, prevent social conflicts, and ensure the social viability of projects in urban areas. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology, Anthropology, or related fields. * **Experience:** + Minimum 5 years in community relations within construction, mining, or oil \& gas. + Minimum 3 years as a Community Relations Professional, Supervisor, or Coordinator. + Minimum 2 years of direct experience in social conflict management. + Minimum 2 years conducting fieldwork in urban environments. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in social diagnostic tools, specialization in conflict management, ability to read blueprints and GIS systems (user level).
