At PROYECTA, we are looking for a Cost and Budget Engineer to join the supervision team of the Trujillo Teaching Hospital Project (PRONIS). We seek a professional with solid experience in construction cost control, capable of ensuring appropriate financial monitoring of a high-complexity hospital project.
**Requirements:**
* Licensed, registered, and authorized Civil Engineer.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in cost and budget control for building projects.
* Experience in hospital projects or public infrastructure (desirable).
* Proficiency in S10\.
* Advanced-level Excel proficiency.
* Knowledge of regulations applicable to public procurement (desirable).
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Review and analysis of construction budgets.
* Evaluation and control of monthly progress payments.
* Analysis of additions, deductions, and contractual variations.
* Economic monitoring and deviation control.
* Preparation of financial reports and control dashboards for supervision.
* Coordination with the technical team and project management.
