Contributes to the country's healthcare infrastructure At PROYECTA, we are currently seeking a BIM MEP Supervisor to join our technical team for an important hospital project in the city of Trujillo. The selected professional will participate in the supervision and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines within a technically high-complexity project in the healthcare sector. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Licensed and registered professional engineer. * Specialization or certification in BIM methodology. * Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination and supervision of installations in building construction projects. * Experience in hospital projects, healthcare infrastructure, or high-complexity buildings (preferred). * Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks. * Knowledge of applicable technical regulations for building installations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and coordinate BIM models across MEP disciplines. * Identify, analyze, and manage interdisciplinary clashes. * Provide technical coordination with designers, supervisors, and contractors. * Verify compliance with project BIM standards and technical guidelines. * Issue technical reports related to installation coordination. * Participate in technical coordination and progress meetings.
