Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting-finance professional with experience in account management and banking platforms, proactive and detail-oriented, to manage financial transactions and reconciliations. Required Profile: \* Education: Accounting – Finance. \* Experience: Minimum 3 years, with hands-on experience in managing accounting accounts and banking platforms. \* Competencies: \- Organized and detail-oriented, courteous and efficient. \- Intermediate Excel proficiency. \- Proactivity and multitasking ability. \- Orientation toward serving bank officers and suppliers. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Banking platform management. 2\. Cash and bank opening and closing procedures. 3\. Review and verify banking transaction and petty cash data to ensure recording accuracy. 4\. Record income (customers) and expenses (suppliers, employees, and others) related to banking transactions. 5\. Monitor supplier advances and their respective applications, as well as scheduled payments. 6\. Track sales transactions (payment methods) and verify them in the financial system. 7\. Follow up on and control bank deposits (bancarizaciones). 8\. Analysis of accounting account 10. 9\. Monthly bank reconciliation. 10\. Payment of tax withholdings (detracciones) and related obligations. 11\. Perform finance-accounting tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.
