Job Objective:** To support the proper operational management of the store through efficient merchandise control, dispatch assistance, and appropriate customer service, contributing to order, traceability, and end-customer satisfaction. **2. Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and register incoming merchandise, ensuring alignment with delivery notes and dispatch documents. * Execute product dispatches according to orders, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and appropriate conditions. * Record inventory receipts, issues, losses, and available stock. * Monitor and control dispatches to end customers, validating deliveries and confirmations. * Assist in in-store customer service, providing clear information and an appropriate service experience. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and correct labeling of products in the warehouse and dispatch area. **3. Requirements:** * Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level). * Customer-oriented mindset. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **4.
