Technical solution evaluation under pressure for stability **Tech Lead / Technical Reference – Java & DevOps** We are looking for a Technical Lead for our Development and Innovation Technology area who can guide the team, organize architecture, and, when necessary, directly engage in resolving complex technical issues. You will serve as the bridge between operational strategy and technical execution, ensuring team efficiency, organization, and delivery of outputs with the highest quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the primary point of contact for the team on Java architecture and Linux deployment topics. * Organize work cells, delegate tasks according to each member’s strengths, and ensure milestone adherence. * Actively participate in development using Java 8+ / Spring and oversee infrastructure-as-code (IaC). * Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software lifecycle. * Ensure service health using observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana) and load balancing. * Evaluate and decide on technical solutions under pressure, prioritizing stability in the telecommunications sector. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of software development experience, ideally in high-demand environments (Telecommunications). * **Backend:** Solid expertise in Java 8 (or later) and Spring Framework. * **Infrastructure:** Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Nomad, or Docker. * **Environments:** Advanced proficiency in Linux servers. * **Observability and Monitoring:** Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana. * **Methodologies:** Ability to organize teams under agile or traditional frameworks. * **Language:** Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory for vendor communication/documentation). **Soft Skills** * Delegation ability * Assertive communication * Proactivity **Conditions** Work: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Work Mode: Remote Position Type: Full-time, Freelance Application Question(s): * What is your remuneration in Peruvian soles? * The employment modality is full-time freelance/consultant—do you agree?
