Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Advisor with sales experience to acquire customers, evaluate applications, and manage collections. Key Highlights: 1. Acquisition of new credit customers 2. Management of collections for assigned portfolio **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 6 months of sales experience in the mass consumption or financial sector. \- Completion of secondary education, or incomplete or completed technical studies. \- Availability to perform fieldwork. \- Possession of a linear motorcycle (desirable). A discount of S/ 250 applies during the first 6 months; starting from month 7, a loan with interest is provided to settle the motorcycle debt. The motorcycle is purchased from Paneles, and ownership is transferred to the employee upon full repayment of the loan. \- No criminal or police records. \- Normal credit rating in the financial system (desirable). For ratings other than normal, maximum debt must not exceed S/ 10,000\. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Promote credit products to acquire new customers. \- Evaluate customer credit applications by conducting home and business visits to assess repayment capacity. \- Continuously execute collections for the credit portfolio assigned. \- Meet assigned targets. **SCHEDULE:** \- In-person: Entry at 8:00 a.m., departure at 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. \- Remote: Entry at 9:00 a.m., departure at 1:00 p.m., Saturdays. \- In-person training: One Saturday per month, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Apply now and become part of the Santa Isabel family!
