Job stability and growth opportunities. **PAINTING TECHNICIANS** At **SC Ingeniería y Construcción SAC**, a company operating in the metallurgical-mechanical, electromechanical, construction, and mining sectors, we are currently seeking 5 Painting Technicians with experience in applying industrial coatings to metal structures, equipment, and components for construction and industrial projects. **Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation through manual or mechanical cleaning. * Application of epoxy, polyurethane, anticorrosive, and industrial paint. * Operation of airless spray equipment, compressors, and painting tools. * Paint thickness control according to technical specifications. * Compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Coordination with supervision and quality control teams. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial or metallurgical-mechanical painting. * Knowledge of industrial coating systems. * Prior experience working at heights is desirable. * Availability to work in Huachipa. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Positive work environment.
