We are characterized by continuous growth and are seeking passionate talents who wish to join our team. **Position:** Recruitment and Personnel Selection Assistant **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * University graduate * 6 months’ experience in the role, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications sector (Desirable). * Ability to manage independent recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Conduct recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for personnel. * Perform screening, interviews, and role\-play for selection. * Post job announcements on recruitment platforms. * Schedule training and conduct inductions for candidates. * Meet weekly HeadCount targets. * Support workplace climate programs and applicant follow\-up. * Assist in company activities. * Submit recruitment reports. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant working environment. * Employment modality: Honorarium Receipt * Fixed salary: S/1200 * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. * Location: Av.
