Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursery Production Supervisor to lead and oversee the production of healthy, high-quality plants, ensuring program execution and adherence to standards. Currently, we are looking for a: **Nursery Production Supervisor** ### **Responsibilities** **Your impact on our team:** Lead and oversee nursery production activities for blueberries, clonal avocados, cherries, etc., through the correct and timely execution of weekly work plans developed and approved by the Nursery Management; ensuring the production of healthy, uniform, high-quality plants within approved budgets. **What will you do in this role?** * Execute nursery work programs. * Coordinate and ensure appropriate personnel for carrying out weekly tasks. * In coordination with Sanitation and Fertigation Supervisors, ensure proper implementation of related programs. * Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, traceability, and biosecurity. ### **Requirements** **The experience we seek:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Technical Agriculture qualification. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions, with hands-on fieldwork in nurseries. * Experience in fruit tree management. * Motorcycle driver’s license.
