




Position Summary: Provide in-person and telephone service to customers, suppliers, collaborators, and visitors, supporting call scheduling for the commercial department and contributing to administrative order and institutional image. Additionally, support telephone call scheduling for the commercial department, contributing to administrative order and the company's positive institutional image. Main Responsibilities: Attend to and guide customers, suppliers, visitors, and internal staff visiting the company. Receive, forward, and make telephone calls as appropriate. Schedule telephone calls for the commercial department, coordinating times, contacts, and follow-up accordingly. Register and update basic customer or commercial contact information when required. Support coordination of meetings, visits, and internal or external appointments. Receive, register, and forward physical or digital documentation to the corresponding departments. Maintain the reception area orderly and presentable. Support basic administrative tasks, filing, document control, and information management. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and appropriate service. Perform other related duties assigned to the position. Requirements Academic Qualifications Ongoing, incomplete, or completed technical or university studies in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Administrative Assistance, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles such as reception, customer service, administrative assistance, or call center. Knowledge Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in telephone switchboard systems, WhatsApp Business, corporate email, or contact management tools. Position Conditions Work Location: Trujillo. Work Mode: In-person.
