JM‑PINGUS S.A.C. is looking for a Junior Architect or Interior Design Technician to join its professional team in Trujillo. Main Responsibilities: * Interior and exterior design: gardens, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. * Development of residential renovation projects. * 3D modeling, rendering, and custom furniture detailing. * Selection of materials, finishes, lighting, and textures. * Preparation of quantity takeoffs, budgets, unit price analyses (APU), and construction schedules. * Monitoring of progress payments, site visits, and technical support. * Client portfolio management and follow-up. Requirements: * Graduate in Architecture or Interior Design. * Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, V‑Ray, and Lumion (for photorealistic rendering). * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Excel. * Strong design sense, visual presentation skills, and spatial composition ability. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to architectural design and visualization is desirable.
