We market and distribute glass and aluminum products throughout Peru, **delivering quality in our products and efficiency in our services.** We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **SSOMA SUPERVISOR.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related fields. \+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles related to this position **(mandatory)** \+ Experience and knowledge in ITSE management **(mandatory)** \+ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety **(120 hours)** \+ Solid knowledge of **Accident Investigation and Risk Management, High-Risk Work, First Aid and Emergency Response, Solid Waste Management.** \+ Availability to work in San Juan de Lurigancho \+ Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \+ Supervise and ensure compliance with procedures, legal regulations, and internal policies regarding Safety, Occupational Health and Environment, ensuring incident prevention, risk control, and development of a safety culture across all company operations. \+ Plan, implement and supervise execution of the annual SSOMA plan and program, ensuring achievement of established objectives and continuous system improvement. \+ Supervise compliance with SSOMA procedures and regulations by both company personnel and contractors, guaranteeing application of best practices in safety, occupational health and environment. \+ Participate in investigations of incidents, accidents and near-misses, preparing reports and proposing improvement actions. \+ Deliver safety talks and SSOMA-related training sessions, promoting awareness and compliance with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations. \+ Other duties related to the position **BENEFITS:** \+ Medium- and long-term career path \+ Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment \+ Opportunity to join a solid and continuously growing company Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200.00 \- S/.2,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
