Coordinates review, approval, and invoicing with supervision/client. **Position** VALUATION ASSISTANT **Position Objective** Quantify all works executed by AGEFRED ELECTRICITY and HVAC services, ensuring timely submission of valuations and supplementary documents (quotations, drawings, protocols, etc.), guaranteeing efficient tracking throughout their review, approval, and invoicing. **Responsibilities and Functions** * Review the contract’s terms of reference to understand the full valuation process, including updated measurements, new items, and deductions. * Plan activities, assign responsibilities, and set delivery deadlines for each valuation report, coordinating with supervision and site management of ELECTRICITY and HVAC services. * Comply with procedures and deadlines established in the Contract for preparation, submission, review, and approval of valuations and supplementary documents. * Ensure that quotations for supplies approved by the Client are effectively collected in the corresponding valuations within established deadlines. * Participate in reconciliation of contract billable line items with Supervision or the Client, as well as in resolving observations. * Coordinate and facilitate the review, approval, and invoicing process of valuations with Supervision and/or the Client. * Perform other related or complementary duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of this role. **Work Experience** * 3 years of experience in maintenance services and/or projects. * Solid knowledge of measurement and valuation. **Basic Educational Qualifications** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Electricity. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Costs and budgeting. * Valuation of construction works/services. * Experience using budgeting software.
