




Job Summary: This role involves managing the warehouse, from receiving and inventory control to order picking, packing, and dispatch, while maintaining order and monitoring stock levels. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS ROLE? - Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials/equipment. - Reconcile physical inventory with system records. - Perform order picking, packing, and dispatch. - Organize and maintain a tidy warehouse. - Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment alerts. - Record movements in the system or Excel. - Support cyclic and general inventory counts. - Identify obsolete or slow-moving items. 2. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Technical or university education in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields - Minimum 6 months – 1 year of warehouse experience. - Basic/intermediate Excel skills. - ERP or system experience is desirable. - Orderliness, responsibility, and attention to detail. - Ability to perform operational tasks. 3.
