**Job Description:**
We are a company specializing in Land Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring the nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are looking for new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Land Manager – Negotiator, to accurately collect data in the project’s designated area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants.
**Responsibilities:**
* Patrol electrical transmission lines by motorcycle to monitor encroachments within easement corridors.
* Notify landowners of adjacent properties about risks and safety measures.
* Collect information and photographs.
* Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants of properties (land).
* Report progress using the designated format to the immediate supervisor.
* Ensure efficient use of allocated resources.
* Ensure efficient use of assigned transportation.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrician, or Electrical Technician.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD and georeferenced graphical database software.
* Personal motorcycle required.
* One year of experience in similar positions.
* Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office.
* Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication at all levels.
* Competencies: Sociable, good interpersonal skills, strong writing ability, and ability to work under pressure.
