At **Joli Joli**, a leading footwear brand, we are looking for a passionate **Content Creator(s)** who loves fashion, social media, and digital trends. If you are a creative, proactive individual with a strong aesthetic sense and enjoy connecting with audiences through audiovisual formats, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos (Reels, TikToks) focused on the company’s collections and products. * Keep all our digital platforms’ stories active and up-to-date using dynamic, real-time content. * Propose, schedule, and execute the content calendar aligned with the brand’s objectives and visual identity. * Develop and implement creative strategies aimed at maximizing reach, engagement, and achievement of departmental goals. * Strictly adhere to established process manuals, policies, and protocols to ensure brand service quality. * Other duties assigned by your employer **Requirements:** * Professionals or technicians in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Proven experience managing social media, creating content, and digital marketing. * Advanced proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) and excellent command of professional cameras and/or high-end smartphones. * Full-time availability for on-site work in **El Porvenir**. * Creativity, dynamism, excellent verbal communication, proactivity, and results orientation. **Benefits:** * Salary above market standards (based on evaluation). * Excellent work environment and space to fully express your creativity. * Growth opportunity within a constantly expanding brand. * Corporate discounts Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
