Commitment to safety procedures and working at heights. **REQUIRED PROFILE** * **Academic Qualification:** Certified or graduated Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, or related technical fields. * **Specialization:** Technical training and practical experience in wind turbine maintenance and borescopic inspection. * **Years of Experience:** Minimum 3 years. * **Mandatory Specific Experience:** + General mechanical maintenance of wind turbines. + Work and operational maneuvers inside the nacelle. + Rotor positioning, controlled rotation, and mechanical/hydraulic locking maneuvers. + Technical support for borescopic inspection activities. * **Residence:** Must reside—or preferably reside—in Nazca, Ica, or nearby areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform mechanical support maneuvers during borescopy service, including wind turbine rotor positioning and secure locking. * Carry out maintenance and technical assistance tasks in the nacelle and power train. * Provide operational support to the inspector/supervisor during data collection and mechanical component inspection. * Inspect the condition of tools and locking equipment before and after each operational shift. * Strictly apply safe work procedures, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols, and regulations for working at heights.
