Position Summary: We are seeking young professionals for pre- and/or post-graduation internships in the quality area, supporting product control, incident documentation, and record updating. Key Highlights: 1. Support in product batch control and verification 2. Documentation of incidents and non-conforming products 3. Continuous training and learning in real-world processes We seek young professionals wishing to carry out pre- and/or post-graduation internships in the quality area. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support product batch control and verification in the receiving area \- Document incidents and non-conforming products \- Maintain up-to-date records and/or formats from BPAL and PHS manuals \- Record entries and exits in Kardex \- Update traceability records \- Support uploading documents to SIGDEL’s web platform \- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduates and/or students currently enrolled in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, or related fields. \- Full-time availability. \- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). \- Communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. \- Eagerness to learn and contribute within a national distribution environment. \- On-site work at La Esperanza \- Trujillo (Industrial Park). \- Residing near the area (desirable).
