**CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF – AUDIOLOGY CENTER** A company dedicated to **comprehensive hearing health care** is seeking **1 staff member** for the Customer Service area, who meets the following profile: Work location **Chiclayo** Required profile **Requirements:** * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday**, from **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** at user level. * Completed **technical or university studies**. * Minimum **2 years of customer service experience**, preferably in **healthcare, optical stores, clinics or specialized centers**. * Ability to **work effectively in teams** and communicate clearly. * **Friendly, empathetic, proactive and results-oriented attitude**. * Professional appearance and courteous interaction with adult and senior patients. Main responsibilities * In-person, personalized patient service, providing **clear guidance on the center’s services**. * **Appointment management**: scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up via phone or WhatsApp. * Support in the **sales process** of hearing aids, accessories, and services, under the specialist’s direction. * Basic explanation to patients regarding **use, care, and maintenance** of hearing aids. * Basic **inventory control**. * Issuing receipts, managing the **cash register**, and tracking payments (according to company policies). * Maintaining organization, order, and cleanliness in the service and display areas. * Supporting the center’s marketing campaigns, promotions, and commercial activities. * Post-sales follow-up to assess **patient satisfaction**. * Other duties related to the position as assigned by the company.
