We are currently seeking a: **Maintenance Mechanical Technician** ### **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel- and gasoline-powered agricultural machinery, including transmission systems, clutches, final drives, oil pumps, and hydraulic coupling systems of tractors. * Complete work orders detailing activities to be performed. * Prepare lists of spare parts required for job execution. * Carry out maintenance tasks on smaller equipment, such as backpack sprayers and small vehicles (motorcycles / ATVs / trimotos). * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural sanitary spraying equipment. * Understand, comply with, and apply anti-bribery management system requirements related to one’s role within the organization. * Comply with integrated management system guidelines concerning safety, quality, food authenticity and legality, occupational health and safety, environment, secure trade, and ethics. ### **Requirements** * Technical training in Agricultural Machinery Maintenance Mechanics and/or Automotive Mechanics. * Experience as a mechanical maintenance technician for agricultural machinery. * Minimum one year of experience in this field. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Must reside in Chao / Nuevo Chao / Marverde / Virú.
