




· Maintain an updated list of employees of Agua Hielo Emilia S.A.C. and Antonio Cassinelli. · Manage and renew employment contracts in coordination with General Management. · Keep workers' attendance records up to date and report them to the HR department. · Inform the accounting department of overtime hours worked, for payment, no later than the following day. · Update the bulletin board regularly. · Coordinate with the logistics and production departments to schedule the weekly work hours for employees working 12-hour shifts. Apply administrative sanctions (memoranda) as required, according to infractions occurring within the company. · Develop an annual training plan in collaboration with various departments. · Implement and update the Organizational Functions Manual (MOF), Internal Work Regulations, and other internal normative documents required in the Human Resources area. · Recruit and select talent for different company departments such as: administration, production, distribution, and maintenance. · Organize and manage birthday celebrations for all staff, granting the corresponding leave so employees can enjoy their birthdays. · Coordinate with the logistics department to obtain quotations for company uniforms for all personnel. · Conduct annual performance reviews (performance evaluations) for all employees. · Manage documentation for submission to General Management.
