




**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, or purchasing roles. * Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods, especially groceries (essential). * Prior experience in retail (essential). **HARD SKILLS** * Intermediate-level proficiency in office software tools. * Knowledge of ERP systems or purchase and inventory control systems. * Basic cost and margin analysis. **SOFT SKILLS** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. * Discretion, integrity, and sound decision-making. **CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS** * Employment contract with a small company. * Salary range from S/ 1800 to S/ 2000. * On-site office work with occasional field visits. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare purchase requisitions in coordination with user departments. * Send purchase orders to suppliers and coordinate deliveries, returns, exchanges, or claims for non-conforming products. * Conduct field purchases or buy from wholesale outlets when necessary. * Monitor and record incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring proper use of the Kardex system. * Coordinate and supervise product picking, transfers, and movement between warehouses and the Retamas site. * Supervise order preparation, loading, unloading, transportation, and product reception. * Prepare shipping documents and other necessary paperwork for product distribution. **WORK LOCATION:** Trujillo Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Please specify the retail or grocery company where you gained your work experience.
