




**REQUIREMENTS:** · Technicians or graduates from Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. · Knowledge of installation and configuration of peripheral devices. · Basic technical support for hardware and software. · Proficiency in operating systems (Windows). · Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity. · Proficiency in office productivity tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide basic user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. · Address first-level technical incidents and escalate complex cases. · Assist with the basic installation and configuration of computer equipment. · Perform initial diagnostics of technical failures. · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. · Collaborate on the installation and distribution of technological equipment. · Record incidents, configurations, and maintenance activities performed. · Assist with basic configuration of networks, printers, and access points. · Collaborate in monitoring the operation of the local network. · Assist with basic data backup tasks. · Comply with information security policies. · Report technological security risks or incidents. · Support the protection of assigned equipment and access points. · Collaborate on departmental technology projects. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS** * Problem-solving ability. * Clear and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Organization and time management. * Stress tolerance. * Proactivity and responsibility. **BENEFITS:** * Base salary. * Continuous learning opportunities. * Statutory benefits (General Regime).
