REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate, bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in psychology, business administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Must reside in Trujillo. * Must be available for travel.
