




Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields. \- 1 year of experience \- Experience using accounting software \- Proficient in Excel Responsibilities: * Provide support to the accounting department: PDB completion, invoice registration in Sprinter, document traceability, and cash flow control. * Manage accounts payable and receivable, payment validation/execution, and monthly expense analysis. * Update and maintain contracts, policies, procedures, and administrative documentation. * Prepare and process documents (reports, memos, minutes, letters) and assist with logistics for meetings, travel, and events. * Manage Human Resources documentation: contracts, personnel records, attendance, and data. * Manage fruit Kardex and raw material inbound/outbound records in the Sprinter system. * Support Management and other departments in specific functions or assigned tasks.
