




Job Summary: This role involves coordinating logistics operations, managing inventories and documentation, and maintaining communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and updates inventory and logistics information. 2. Coordinates product receipt, dispatch, and tracking. 3. Prepares logistics documentation and movement reports. Record and update inventory information in Excel. Coordinate product or material receipt and dispatch. Prepare shipping guides, purchase orders, service orders, and other logistics documents. Track deliveries and freight transportation. Maintain organized physical and digital files. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other company departments. Monitor warehouse inbound and outbound activities. Support scheduling of delivery routes or product distribution. Prepare periodic reports on stock, purchases, and logistics movements. Verify that shipment documentation is complete and accurate.
