Responsibilities: * Ensure and plan the availability of resources, as well as optimal use of available time for personnel and assets, to guarantee proper execution of maintenance activities at plants, aligned with improving their reliability. * Analyze and manage maintenance plans through SAP for all plant machinery according to the maintenance strategy. * Ensure and assist in maintaining and increasing mechanical efficiency of production lines to prevent downtime. * Monitor and report maintenance expenses arising from planned work orders and scheduled services. * Manage and schedule department labor to ensure work control. * Manage and provide resources to maintenance supervisors for proper fulfillment of their duties. * Implement and supervise compliance with maintenance activities focused on preserving physical plant assets and enhancing their reliability.
