Job Summary: We are seeking a PART-TIME Content Creator to strengthen ESAGEL’s brand image by creating engaging and valuable content for social media and representing the brand across digital formats. Key Responsibilities: 1. Be the face of ESAGEL in videos, reels, and live streams. 2. Create educational, commercial, and institutional content and support events. 3. Research social media trends and develop scripts. At ESAGEL, we are seeking a Content Creator for social media **\*PART TIME\*** **Job Objective** Strengthen eSAGEL’s brand image by creating attractive and valuable social media content, representing the brand in live streams, videos, and other digital formats that contribute to the company’s positioning and lead generation. **Responsibilities** * Be the face of ESAGEL in videos, reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. * Conduct live streams (Lives) to promote courses, webinars, and events. * Present benefits, promotions, and academic updates dynamically. * Record educational, commercial, and institutional content. * Research social media trends to generate relevant content. * Draft basic scripts for videos and live streams. * Support coverage of in-person and virtual events. * Maintain a professional image aligned with ESAGEL’s brand identity. * Appear as brand representative in advertising campaigns and launches of new programs. **Requirements** Education * Graduated or currently studying Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience * Minimum 6 months of experience creating social media content (preferred). * Experience conducting live streams or appearing on camera (preferred). **Knowledge** * Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Live streaming * Familiarity with CapCut and Canva * Awareness of social media trends * Storytelling and branding **Competencies** * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Comfort speaking on camera. * Charisma and poise. * Creativity. * Proactivity. * Results orientation. **Schedule** * **Monday to Saturday:** 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site \- Trujillo **Benefits** * Salary: 565 soles * Access to eSAGEL’s specialized courses. * Professional growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in special events and projects. * Bonuses for achieving objectives.
