




A growing hotel group is looking for a **Hotel Operations Assistant** to provide administrative and operational support in our hotel units in the city of Trujillo. This position is aimed at organized, responsible individuals interested in developing their careers in the hospitality sector. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in supervising daily hotel operations. * Coordinate administrative tasks and follow up on internal processes. * Control income, expenses, and petty cash. * Prepare basic management reports and performance indicators. * Provide support in operational and customer service tasks when required. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure process compliance. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 6 months of experience in administrative or operational roles. * Intermediate level of Excel (tables, filters, basic formulas). * Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
