Collect documents from all departments of the clinic, classify them, digitize, catalog, and upload them to the system. Receive and process requests for copies of patients' clinical records. Deliver reports and images to patients. Manage duplicate clinical records. Receive external medical examination reports for uploading to the system. Manage document inventory, classify documents, and send them to the supplier.
