Job Summary: We are seeking a Picking Assistant to select and dispatch finished products, identify loads, and report losses, while complying with safety regulations and maintaining order. P **PICKING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (must provide certificate of completed secondary studies) * Minimum 3 months of experience in warehouse or picking roles as a loader, or experience in loading and unloading tasks. (Work certificates verifying experience are required.) * Availability to work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekly among the three shifts: Morning (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Select finished products for planned dispatch * Identify loads to support operational execution * Report losses generated during the process * Comply with existing safety regulations and control measures * Comply with IPER (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) procedures and the environmental aspects matrix * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation **BENEFITS:** * Offered: Formal employment registration + Competitive salary (General Regime) + Statutory benefits + Company benefits. * Dynamic, high-pressure, and team-based work.
