Coordination with specialists and faculty to validate training At IPT MED of the Tomonorte Group, we are looking for a **New Services Manager**, responsible for identifying academic development opportunities in the health sector through market research and administrative management support for our specialization courses. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in **Marketing, Advertising, Administration, Communication Sciences**, or **health sciences degrees oriented toward research**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in market research and administrative management. * Intermediate-level **Excel** (mandatory). * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday**, from **9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** and from **3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.**, with flexible hours according to departmental needs. **Responsibilities** * Conduct market research using **surveys, interviews, and observation** to identify trends and needs within the medical sector. * Propose and update content for **specialization courses**, based on research findings. * Coordinate with **medical specialists and faculty** to validate training topics and pedagogical approaches. * Provide **administrative management** support for courses (registrations, billing, and document control). * Maintain constant communication with faculty, participants, and internal teams to ensure proper execution of academic activities. **Benefits** * Fixed salary. * Bonuses based on course efficiency and development. * Formal employment under the **General Regime**. * Corporate benefits. **Work Location:** Calle Colombia 109, Urb.
