We are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Assistant with an analytical mindset, organizational skills, and commitment who wishes to develop professionally in the real estate sector. What will you do in this role? Administrative Management: - Organize, manage, and archive administrative and contractual documentation. - Monitor and manage office supplies. - Prepare purchase orders (P.O.) and service orders (S.O.) as required. - Manage quotations and coordinate with suppliers. Accounting Management: - Record transactions in purchase and sales ledgers. - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor the bank ledger. - Manage accounts receivable and track income. - Administer and reconcile petty cash. - Process payments via banking platforms (Telecrédito or others).
