Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to manage services, supplies, and procurement, ensuring material availability and order execution. Key Highlights: 1. We are 3AAMSEQ S.A., a company with over 20 years in the market, responsible for distributing steel materials for the metal-mechanical industry and construction. We are currently seeking: Logistics Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Courses and/or diplomas in logistics, Supply Chain Management, warehouse management and control, international trade — desirable. Knowledge of procurement and supplier management. Knowledge of inventory and warehouse control. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Proficiency in Power BI, ERP systems, and KPI management. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics. Responsibilities: Manage services and supplies. Procure products and/or materials across various branch offices. Plan, coordinate, and execute information-gathering sessions with key logistics, operations, warehouse, and transportation stakeholders through interviews, workshops, direct field observation, and continuous validations—ensuring accurate, complete data without managerial dependency. Execute, manage, and track procurement activities while providing excellent user support. Prepare and confirm purchase and service order fulfillment to ensure contractual obligations are met.
