We are a project management company, and we are looking for a professional with experience as a Mechanical Supervisor. What Are We Looking For? A proactive leader with experience to ensure compliance with regulations and processes according to the established standards in the construction manual. Requirements: * University degree and professional license in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with more than 10 years of experience * Minimum of 10 years of experience in supervision and quality control of total project management * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to construction and project management * Experience in supervision of structural works * Welding course completed and certified * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, cost estimation, and budgeting * Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Must reside in Trujillo Responsibilities: * Evaluation and assurance of compliance with civil design criteria. * Assessment of project improvements and optimization. * Project cost estimation based on ratios and similar projects. * Estimation of the total project duration. * Monitoring scope compliance: issuing change notices and change orders. * Verification of compliance with project specifications: materials, fabrication, construction processes, protocols, and testing. * Verification of construction processes according to standards. * Process inspections. * Risk management. * Deliverables according to client requirements. * Study and understand contract details: work plan, quality plan, safety plan, drawings and specifications, budget, schedule, and scope.
