




FUNCTIONS * Manage the collection process for public entities (CENARES, ESSALUD), ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Assemble and monitor collection files (records, charges, sending letters, penalties, etc.). * Prepare and send collection letters, correction notices, and follow up on payments according to defined procedures. * Record and track penalties applied by clients. * Update collections databases, including due dates and collection activities performed. * Maintain constant coordination with the billing department to validate submitted documents. * Prepare area collection follow-up reports. * Handle atypical collection cases (discounts, claims, adjustments) in coordination with the Administrative Coordinator. * Meet deadlines for submission of files and established follow-up dates. REQUIREMENTS * Technical degree or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections. * Knowledge of documentation required for public entity collections (desirable). * Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Organized, results-oriented, strong follow-up skills and persistence, high level of written and verbal communication.
